How do I know that my payment is safe?

At Bark Grain we take the security of your information very seriously. Our site contains a data encryption protocol that makes all the data you provide on the page completely secure. This level of encryption is used by national and international banks. This means that your entered data will be transmitted encrypted for greater security. You can verify the authenticity of the certificate by finding the icon of a green padlock next to the legend "It is safe" in the bar of your browser.


How can I pay for my orders?

Making your purchases is very simple, you can make your payment with credit card, debit card, PayPal, SPEI bank transfer


Do you make invoices?

If you require an invoice, after making your purchase, contact us by email send: Company Name, RFC, Tax address and order number.


Do you ship?

Our products arrive at the door of your house throughout the country, shipping may generate an extra cost if it is an extended area which the parcel does not have coverage and all orders are delivered at street level.


How long does shipping take?

In line furniture the production time is 30 to 45 business days. Shipping takes up to 3 business days to arrive at your address depending on the distance.


How is my order delivered?

The product will be sent directly to the address you have indicated. Deliveries are made at street level. Your order may arrive in separate shipments and packages.

We do not have an assembly service for our products, however, all parts are designed for easy assembly. If in any case you have any questions, you can gladly contact our Customer Service team.


Can I request a return?

If your purchase is not what you expected you can return it and we will refund 100% of your purchase. In this case we ask you to contact us before making the return.

In order for your purchase to be eligible for reimbursement, you must request it 7 calendar days after purchase, the product must not show signs of use and must be returned in its packaging. Does not include reimbursement in seasonal promotions.

These are the steps to make a return:

What type of guarantee do the products have?

All our products have a warranty period of 3 months. The warranty covers any manufacturing defect detected after receipt of the product. It is necessary to verify the merchandise well when it is delivered by the parcel service

The guarantee does not apply in the following cases:

- Wear of the product due to intensive use or exposure to adverse conditions (eg humidity, extreme cold or heat, direct sunlight, etc.)

- Damage caused during transport, assembly or disassembly of the product.

- Cleaning or maintenance not in accordance with the instructions.

- Do not place hot items without protection.

- Do not place cold glasses without glass holders.

- Do not leave liquids spread for long periods of time.

- Damage caused by accidents, falls, natural disasters, etc.

- Use different from the traditional use of a piece of furniture.

- In furniture made on design and special measures.

- Damage caused by placing a weight greater than the allowed in the specifications.
